Well here's an overview.
EVERYTHING is gonna mixed around. There's gonna be Swamps. Lakes. Deserts. Bigger populations. More Supermutants in radioactive areas and more.
This is gonna happen

Megaton: Bigger population, Rare items in the sheriffs house, More children (For all you Pedophiles).
Rivet City: Bigger population, More security, more Mirelurks swimming, Lighthouses on the peaks around it.
Big Town: Bigger population, More security, Guard Dogs.
Little Lamplight: More population.
Deserts: More Ants, Scorpions, and Albino Scorpions, More Caravans.
Caves (Depending on which): Deathclaw's, Mole Rats, Ghouls and Ghoul variants.
Sewers: Ghouls and Ghouls only.
Abandoned Houses and Factory's: Ghouls, Ants, Molerat's, Raiders, Escaped Slaves, Talon Company Merc's.
Remote Civilizations: More creatures around it, some Brahmin here and there.
Slave Areas: Heightened Security, More slaves.
Randoms Spots: Hidden Caps, Hidden Weapons, Hidden Armor and clothing, Some Raiders.

Operation Anchorage: Nothing ATM
The Pitt: More Trogs, Less Slaves, Some but Barely any Supermutants, More Wildmen, Much bigger weapon dispersal and weapon range
Point Lookout: Much much more Swampfolk, More Mirelurks, More Bogfly's, A lot of friendly ghouls.
Mothership Zeta: Nothing ATM
Broken Steel: Nothing ATM.
